Callentis Consulting Group is a small woman-owned research, development, and consulting company, focused on integrating the latest proven technologies into existing business processes to create growth and opportunity. With extensive background in engineering and computational science, our team offers software and hardware development for a variety of science and technology applications, and diagnostic support for data-driven decision processes. Mrs. Drach has over ten years of experience in business data analysis, creative communication, data visualization, and user experience design. She has extensive experience working in 5 different countries, and assisting large multinational firms with their regional marketing strategies. She has successfully helped more than 15 companies with the creative design of their product and functionality to offer a seamless user experience. Mrs. Drach holds two bachelors degrees in Economics and Business Administration, and two masters degrees in International Business and Marketing.
Dr. Drach has over fifteen years of experience in numerical modeling techniques, applied statistics, data science, custom software and hardware development, and renewable energy engineering. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles, presented at over 20 international conferences, and gave 4 invited talks. He did his postdoctoral training in Computational Engineering and Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
Dr. Kargah-Ostadi has over fifteen years of experience in applied statistics, data science, machine learning, evolutionary computation, and transportation infrastructure asset management. He has published over 15 peer-reviewed articles, and presented at over 20 conferences, workshops, and webinars. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and a doctoral minor in Computational Science from Penn State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional.
Dr. Vasylevskyi has over nine years of experience in computational mechanics, numerical simulations, finite element methods (FEM), micro-, meso-, and macroscale modeling and experimental characterization of heterogeneous materials, data science, statistical data analysis, mechanics of composites, and materials science. He is an avid data scientist proficient in developing custom Python scripts for engineering and scientific computing. He has also worked on structural health monitoring, nondestructive evaluation, design and development of sensor hardware/software technology, and instrumentation. He specializes in numerical modeling of composite materials used in aerospace and automotive industries, micromechanical analysis of heterogeneous solid materials, and process modeling of biomedical polymers production. He has published over 8 peer-reviewed journal articles and 12 conference proceedings. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
Ms. Railian has over seven years of experience in user experience and user interface design. She has generated creative designs for intuitive and interactive Web and Mobile applications. She creates wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate and iterate on design concepts. She works closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to guarantee delivery of seamless and frictionless products. She also monitors and analyzes data post-launch of digital projects to identify areas for further enhancement. She is proficient at using Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Mr. Johnson has over six years of experience in software development and managing development teams. His expertise is in managing development operations following agile principles. Mr. Johnson specializes in Web and Mobile application development, leveraging Callentis experience in Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React and React Native, SQL and noSQL, among other technologies. He has deployed highly scalable systems for various businesses using trusted cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Heroku.
Mr. Ablets has over four years of experience in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. He is adept at data cleaning and pre-processing to prepare representative and balanced training datasets. He deploys trained AI/ML models in MLOps pipelines to be continuously updated while being used for inference. He is proficient in various AI/ML technologies including deep learning (DL), convolutional neural networks (CNN), graph neural networks (GNN), multilayer perceptrons (MLP), transfer learning (TL), reinforcement learning (RL), physics-informed neural networks (PINN), long short-term memory (LSTM), generative adversarial networks (GAN), natural language processing (NLP) and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) for large language models (LLM). He holds a Bachelor's in Applied Systems Analysis and a Master's in Software Engineering.
